The Leaders Summit will have a significant focus on adaptability, and that’s a topic Solimar is well versed in after a year of the pandemic. The challenges customers have faced thanks to rising and falling work volumes, managing print businesses while needing to work remotely, the need to futureproof business against further unpredictable catastrophes, and a lot more.

Thankfully, the right software and technology has played a huge part in helping us stay connected, allowing us to continuing running our businesses, and even to make improvements that will far outlast the pandemic. Solimar has kept its finger on the pulse of what customers want and need by working closely with its thirty Customer Advisory Council members, and at the FuturePrint Leaders Summit, Mary Ann and Jonathan will talk more about why the council is so important and the role it plays in informing decisions at Solimar.

The work with the Advisory Council feeds into how important creating strong relationships with customers and partners is to Solimar, and helps them continue to meet their evolving and differing needs through modular and relevant solutions. The Summit session will cover in more detail how the services offered by Solimar over the last 12 months have adapted based on COVID-specific challenges and needs, as well as what the future of some solutions might look like.
