Why did your business make the decision to recent participate in the second FuturePrint Virtual Summit?
NTS is an inkjet integrator and wants to become more visible among the companies in Industrial printing ecosystem. eg printheads manufacturers, ink producers and media suppliers. We understand that the Summit offered us an opportunity to share our vision and describe our products with a focused audience. It was a great experience!
Can you provide a brief overview of the topic you spoke about and why it will be of interest and relevance to Summit attendees and to a wider audience?
As part of a panel we had a chance to explain about NTS expertise as inkjet integrator for developing and manufacturing customized industrial inkjet printer suited for a specific application.
How do you see the market developing in the next six months, and what will be your focus?
We see the packaging companies are demanding an integrated inkjet solution to print continuous variable data/image to be printed.
Tell us more about the product and the specific market it serves.
We are offering an industrial PrintStation for analogue printing companies who are looking for an industrial inkjet solution, which is scalable, configurable (different print heads and width) and which can be easily integrated into a manufacturing line.
What is unique about this product? How will it make a difference for customers?
The PrintStation is a modular and compact single pass digital print module that can be seamlessly integrated into an existing production line to achieve variable data, colored image or special effects. The module can be easily integrated into your development and production environment to achieve high speed and high resolution printing. Designed with proven technologies, the PrintStation can be customized for different print widths, print heads and inks that suits your application.
It’s key features are as follows :
• Full colour with native resolution up to 1200 dpi
• Customized print widths up to 1540mm (60.6’’)
• Compact printbar containing electronics, ink supply and maintenance module
• Multiple printbar integrated into a single frame
• Printing speed up to 200 m/min (656 ft/ min)
• Supports recirculating heads (Fujifilm, Xaar, Kyocera, Ricoh, Seiko)
