Golan is a Design thinker and executive leader with a broad range of expertise in R&D, as well as, worldwide program management and innovative product development. He has gained over 20 years of multidisciplinary technology leadership experience within the semiconductors and Information technology industries, leading diverse teams across different cultures. He enjoys developing people, teams, culture, innovative products and technological capacity. 


Golan has also gained vast experience with negotiating and establishing strategic relations/partnerships with technology OEMs and start-ups. Highly motivated by learning and identifying customers and users’ needs, as part of designing the next generation of products.
