Episode 157 - Resuseabox: Entrepreneurship, Purpose, People & Planet, With Ellie Good, Chief Purpose Officer, Reuseabox

I enjoyed talking with Ellie and finding out more about this sustainable business pioneer based near Lincoln in the UK. It is a great story of success with sustainability, entrepreneurship, purpose and people. Ellie said several times that the vision for the business was to grow a company that's good for people and the planet, and now in a relatively short time, Reuseabox has become a thriving and profitable business, with a clear purpose, and an inspiring mission! I hope you enjoy the conversation! I expect this business will go onto even greater things with such visionary and youthful energy!

Reuseabox is a challenger to the traditional cardboard box company, on a mission to educate and inspire businesses to reuse packaging before it’s recycled. To date they have diverted nearly 10 million boxes away from the waste stream and back into the supply chain for a second use.

Under Ellie’s leadership, Reuseabox recently gained B Corp certification, a testament to their dedication to people and planet. As members of 1% for the Planet they are on track to plant 1 million trees by 2030. When she’s not saving the world one box at a time, Ellie is also co-host of the Earth Your While Podcast and Lincoln’s People Planet Pint events.
