CoCoCo: Connectivity, Compatibility, and Collaboration in the Global Print Industry

CoCoCo, a new print SaaS company founded by Andreas Aplien, John Maxwell, and Karl Ciz, launched with a mission to enhance global print industry compatibility, connectivity, and collaboration. Stemming from their experience at former company Zaikio, the founders have developed a vendor-neutral platform that requires no new hardware investments, allowing users to integrate existing systems seamlessly.

CoCoCo's offerings include CoCore, an AI-enabled data platform, CoConnect for integrating software and machines either locally or in the cloud, and CoCollab for rule-based job routing. The service operates on a subscription model, priced at £100 per connection, with a fair usage policy.

With ambitious plans for rapid growth and potential industry partnerships, CoCoCo is positioned to change how integration is approached within the printing industry. Frazer Chesterman of FuturePrint noted, ‘Increasingly software, workflow, and integration seem to be key to print businesses' success. This development is a very exciting project.’

The CoCoCo team is planning to participate at Drupa, signalling further exciting announcements ahead.
